Ciascuna di noi ha la propria beauty routine preferita, più o meno semplice o articolata, ma tutte prima o dopo cadiamo negli errori più frequenti che rischiano di peggiorare l’aspetto e la salute della pelle anziché migliorarne il benessere come si sarebbe indotte a credere. Scopriamo quali sono i cinque errori che commettiamo nella nostra beauty routine.

Per cominciare è sempre un errore lavare il viso troppo spesso. Il rischio è quello di renderlo secca e poco luminosa. La pelle infatti deve essere naturalmente protetta da un film idro-lipidico che troppi lavaggi finiscono per alterare, inducendola o a produrre più sebo nel caso di pelli con tendenza grassa o a seccarsi e segnarsi. Una pelle secca infatti è anche più soggetta alla comparsa di rughe. Non trascurate però mai di struccarvi accuratamente la sera.

Scegliere prodotti troppo aggressivi, con la promessa di una maggiore efficacia in breve tempo, è sempre un errore. La pelle si stressa e l’azione troppo decisa di sostanze che di volta in volta giurano di spianare le rughe, esfoliare la pelle rendendola splendente, eliminare le impurità quasi sempre conducono al rischio di irritazioni e secchezza.

Non cambiare troppo spesso la vostra beauty routine modificando i prodotti che si usano, a meno che non li troviate inadatti a voi. Se è vero che qualcuno consiglia di variare di tanto in tanto perché la pelle tende ad abituarsi ai trattamenti rispondendo con minore prontezza, è anche vero che alterare il ph e il livello di idratazione finisce per stressare inutilmente la pelle. Introducete i nuovi prodotti uno per volta e gradualmente.

Prestate maggiore attenzione agli ingredienti dei prodotti che acquistate, assicurandovi che non contengano sostanze potenzialmente dannose, irritanti o allergizzanti. Una rapida verifica su Internet oggi permette anche a chi di INCI non capisce un tubo, con tutti quei nomi incomprensibili di raccapezzarsi facilmente.

Infine, abituatevi ad usare ogni giorno, tutto l’anno, una protezione solare. I danni provenienti dai raggi UV infatti sono i principali responsabili dell’invecchiamento e una pelle spenta, secca, segnata o addirittura macchiata quasi sempre deve dare la colpa all’esposizione al sole. Non solo a quello estivo che vi dà la tintarella. Scegliete quindi una crema idratante con filtro solare che non sia inferiore a 15.
